I’m adrian casino happy with the HL, and there’s nothing wrong with it so far. Maybe those dealerships owned their own flatbeds just for this purpose? On the other hand, for those anal enough to not want any miles on their vehicles they will arrange for a flatbed and charge the buyer at least $300! Most dealers will absorb the small cost they pay these guys.
Warranty started at 172 miles as has been stated earlier in the thread. Cheaper for the dealer to deliver it to you, then pay the towing fees, unless they were getting product from the other dealer. Delivered to me with 499 miles on it so I only had to ‘break it in’ for 1 mile. Just checking if this was normal practice.
With it costing more which it does near me, personally I would rather do more oil changes with 5-30 than to switch it up for more expensive stuff and either spend more cash there or do less oil changes. They end up getting low oil level lights when its thinner and stuff which are erroneous messages. I know a million factors influence things but i use this car mostly to work and back so the drive time and traffic is usually about the same. Just an update I used mobil 1 ow-30 full synthetic last oil change about a month ago. (though I think later 1ZZ’s specified 0w-20? I may be wrong, but if that is the case it may actually be safe to use in an 8th gen) I personally run a 0w-40 usually.
